Fire Code Training

In detail…

Fire codes are important to many disciplines – fire & building code officials, design professionals, facility managers, and insurance professionals. We can tailor fire code training to meet the needs of your organization. As an ICC Preferred Provider, we will help you maintain your certifications, and we will work with your organization’s credentialing requirements.

In detail…

Fire investigators need to know about both active and passive fire protection systems including fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, commercial hood suppression systems and other building fire protection features. Include this photo-filled training at your next conference or meeting. We will work with the duration desired to meet the needs of your training.

Residential & Commercial Development

In detail…

From a fire marshal’s perspective, we can help you identify the fire code related needs of the project. Are you starting with a new building? or moving into an existing building? Make sure that you meet fire department access, water supply and fire protection requirements for your current and future needs prior to submitting for permits or finishing the project. We are not design professionals, but we can help provide the in-depth code research to assist your designer with successful completion of the project.

We provide fire code and fire investigation training and consulting based on 60+ years of experience.

Give us a call if we can share our experiences to help you reach your goal!

Fire Investigation

In detail…

We support the origin and cause fire investigation by specializing in fire protection systems and fire/building code research. If the fire you’re investigating leaves you with questions about the fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system, commercial kitchen hood suppression system or other fire protection systems, we can help. If you have questions about the building construction, maintenance or occupancy classification of the building, let us do the research. We are Oregon Private Investigators allowing us to collect evidence that can be used in either criminal or civil court.

In detail…

Most fire investigations and building projects could benefit from aerial videography or photography. We are commercial UAS 107 (drone) pilots with 4K video technology. Use aerial photography to help determine the safety of a structure, identify burn patterns for both wildland or structure fires, gain current aerial perspective of a crime scene, or incrementally document a construction project. We are Oregon Private Investigators allowing us to collect evidence that can be used in either criminal or civil court.
